Can I sue my fiancés insurance.

More details to this question:
I was in an accident that was considered an act of God. A tree came down on our car and pushed us into a ditch. I didn't feel the pain till the next morning so I went to the hospital and my arm was put in a sling. I was unable to go to work and lost my job.

Yes you can, but I would recommend hiring a insurance lawyer for best results. Whether or not that attorney will take this case on a contingency basis is impossible to predict.
