My mother smoked from 1958-2013 She was diagnosed with final stage Copd. She is very severe. There was no warnings on cigarettes when she started smoking and then became addictive. Now she is losing her life. I just think they should pay. Her meds are so expensive and non stop doctor visits. Does she have a case?
