I was attacked in the workplace by a fellow employee that was fired from the company years ago and got hired as a new employee with a new employee ID. He was fired for the same offense before. I have a big cut on my left eye and could not make a case at my workplace. Otherwise, I would stay in the same position that I was in until I go on pension. The employee have many of the same offenses and it was noted in a disciplinary file by management but they did nothing about it. With proper knowledge of the incapability of the employee not doing a proper job and behavior towards fellow workers, lack of proper supervision and not acting on the evidence that related to assault in the workplace while on duty towards me.
