Can I sue the drunk driver that hit my house?

More details to this question:
Very little of my personal property was damaged. When it happened I was in the shower and got out when I heard the loud noise. I smelled gas when I got out the shower so I grabbed a towel and ran outside and had to stand around naked with only a towel for about 30 minutes in front of the neighborhood.

Yes you can, or your insurance carrier may do it if you file a claim. And you may also be entitled to punitive damages as well as compensatory damages.
