I was injured at my previous place of employment. I reported it to the company and went to their doctor. It was found that I have medial epicondylitis (as diagnosed by the employer’s orthopedic doctor) and it is even notated in writing that my job caused the injury. I was put on light duty (meaning I could not do my normal job and had limited use of my right arm) for 3 months and my 2nd to last doctors visit he said if resting my arm/ elbow for another 2-3 weeks does not work then the only option left is surgery. When I went back to the doctor he said that there was nothing else he could do for me. So now here it is 4 months after my last doctor’s visit and I am still in pain and the pain is so bad it wakes me up from a sound sleep. I voluntarily left that place of employment just recently.
