Can I sue the girl?

More details to this question:
My husband let someone drive my car and she hit another person's car. Our insurance paid and I had to pay the $500 deductible. The car is in my name and I didn't give her permission to drive my car. She hit someone car and caused damage to my car.

Gets awkward. She was driving your car insured by you with your permission (your husband) you are liable for the operation of the car. So you will in a sense bneinig suing yourself wont you.
