Can I sue the store for my son's falling out of a buggy?

He was in the back of a buggy while I was looking at an item on self. He fell out of buggy on concrete floor. He was in shock and wouldn't talk. The store manager called the ambulance and everyone was helping by bringing ice cold items to help to put on his head. They didn't give x-rays at hospital. They sent him home. Do we have a case?
