CAN I SUE THEM?

More details to this question:
Hello I was getting out for work and a lady hit my car from the back. When I went to do the claim with her insurance company I found out that she was not the owner of the car and the owners didn't pay their insurance. So my only option was to do the claim with my insurance company and pay $1000 deductible. because of this accident, I had to quit one of my jobs, because I was unavailable to be on time, I have lose working hours at my other job and I have been late to school. I had to spend extra money on transportation and eating outside because I live in Fort Lauderdale and I work and study in Miami so with my car was a 1 hour and 30 minutes driving, so taking a bus take me like two hours almost three. This month have been insane and is not fair that I have to pay for somebody else actions. Can I sue them? Who should I sue? For how much money can I sue? What should I do?

You can sue anyone you like.....but you are likely wasting your time unless they have the money to pay you. There is no ATM at the court house where you win and pick up your money. THAT is why insurance exists. For future reference, if you cannot accept such inconveninces, then you need to get better insurance coverage to make sure you minimize such issues.
