I put new tires on my car yesterday after I had one blow out last week. Today I was driving on the highway and because one of the tires wasn’t put on properly, it slid off the rim and caused me to almost crash on the highway.

Yes but only if you were injured in the accident. If you filed a police report and took pictures of the tire, your case would be strong.
