More details to this question:
I went to Mount Charleston to see the snow with my wife and friends on January 24th 2016, I feel and broke my right tibula and fibula at the parking lot @ handycap area, I paid $5 ticket for parking space but there was no maintenance to de-ice the area, I slipped and fell on black ice where there was no indication of ice or any type of warning for people to keep off, many people fell after me while waiting for the ambulance they where trying to help stabilize my leg. I had surgery the next day with a metal rod put on my leg and some screws, I almost lost my job because it's going to take me 8-12 weeks to start walking again. I want to sue but don't know if I could win this case, can you help? or provide advise? I have photos of the accident, my friend took many photos as evidence
