Yes; But it really isn't cost efficient to hire a lawyer to collect a small claims judgment.

They can, but many will not be willing to do so, since their fees may outweigh any benefit to you. Good Luck.

Well we can, but it's usually not worth it. Small claims is designed so that you can bring a claim without a lawyer. It doesn't hurt to call around, maybe for a few hundred dollars one will work with you going over the claim and the paperwork and the how-to's of proving your case and then you can go ahead on your own.

Yes, but they may not be willing to because of the size, but there is probably one out there that will take the case. Look for a collection lawyer. Good luck.

Yes. Once you have gotten a judgment, a collection attorney could help to collect it. It is expensive. 50% or so.

Sure if you have a judgement from small claims an attorney can help,you collect. Does the person you have a judgement against have any assets or a job?

Generally the only thing that a attorney may do for you and small claims is to assist you in properly writing up the complaint. You are not allowed to be represented by an attorney and small claims, and if one appears you will be kicked up to District Court.
