More details to this question:
My daughter was killed in an accident last February 28, 2020, was placed at nearby Memorial Park. My family and I have been trying since last September 2020 to obtain her grave marker which has been paid for and renderings approved over over.. I eventually turned to my mother to see if she had time available to deal with the matter, as dealing with all of this compounded the grief I was enduring from the death of my daughter and just could no longer function. My Mother has had to work with five different individuals and still to this date we have no grave marker and now not only has my coming to grips with this horrible situation my mom has now had to turn to counseling help with her grief because of having to endure this much longer than what we would have normally because this and it’s people are irresponsible and just do not cate. we have filed a complaint with the Department of consumer affairs funeral and cemetery division.

A funeral home/Cemetery can be held civilly liable if their neglect and negligence inflicts severe emotional distress on a decedents immediate family members. This is despite that those immediate family members did not suffer any physical injuries. Retain counsel on contingency fee for possible representation.
