Can something happen to me if I refuse what they asking more of?

Minor fender bender bumped car from behind both parties agreed to not call police and settle for a specific amount of money. Half the money was paid at the time of incident and other half a week later. when other half was paid the other party made other claims asking for more money. party stated deductible was $500 and was asking for more on top of that after already receiving the $300 which was the set agreed upon payment.

Oral agreements are binding, so you should politely decline to pay any additional money. You do run the risk of being sued -- likely in small claims court. Keep good records of everything so that if you do end up in court you will have the documentation to support your testimony. In particular, keep a detailed log of ALL conversations you have had with the other driver.
