Can we sue the drive wheel chair company and all the hospitals that sent my mom away with a broken neck?in Pensacola

My mom broke her hip and was put into a wheel chair the maker of it was drive. She was going down the hall to the bathroom when the wheel barring flew off and she went flying fell on her neck she then was taken by ambulance to the hospital and did a x ray sent her home said nothing was broken she did this to each hospital until finally the last hospital in town did a MRI and found her broke neck she was paralyzed three times had like 3 surgeries and still having issues .. nobody wants to take her case in town because of litigations ?? Please help she is running out of time!!!
