Can you be sued by policy holder?

More details to this question:
In Texas can a policy holder sue someone who is not family who is on their insurance policy for at fault fender bender that gets claimed to share insurance policy.

Yes, if I understand your question. A family member can make a claim against another family member or person, even if both are covered by same policy.
