Can you challange a collision report in Washington State?

More details to this question:
I was involved in a 5 car collision in Washington on December 31st. The traffic was thick and the the roads were damp. The van in front of me slammed on his brakes and rear ended the car in front of him; could not stop and ran into him and pushed both those cars into the car in front of them. A car behind me was able to swerve and just hit the passenger rear of my truck. The cops were right there because there was a different collision in the far right lane. A tow truck was needed for my truck so I had to wait near it while all the others were told to travel to a near by on ramp. The tow truck moved my truck to the same location. I was told by an officer to stay by my truck when I was trying to take photos of the other cars involved. I was the last person the police came to; I was never asked what happened,The cop gave me a citation for too fast for conditions. The report says I hit and caused all the cars to collide in front of me. The car the van hit agrees with me; recorded statement.
