More details to this question:
I had a vehicle veer into my lane. When I hit the brake I veered off the road. The cop at the accident didn't write the lady a ticket or a judgement of at fault even tho her going into my lane caused me to crash. Now her insurance is denying my claim because the vehicle she was driving (a U-Haul she rented) was heavier then what they cover on her policy. Is there anything I can do.

If u suffered an injury, then hire counsel to work on contingency. The police report is not definitive on the issue of liability. Remember that you have 14 days from the date of the accident to seek medical attention to access your pip benefits.
