I had a car accident on March 5, 2018 ..the other driver is at fault ..the police report came in 04/19/2018. The other driver lawyer is going real slow to finish the claim. I was finally able to get in touch with the other driver insurance after I gotten the police report now the insurance agent want to say he have to call my witness. Can you please help me with this
