More details to this question:
My sister in law got into a car accident about 3 weeks ago it was dark and a motorcycle with no lights no head light came out of no where she could not see them because they had no lights both people were taken to the ER and they also had no insurance and drugs and a gun found on them but they are taking her to court what should she do

Her insurance company should provide her with a defense. If she doesn't have insurance then she needs to retain an attorney to fight the claims.
