More details to this question:
I was in a car accident 3 years ago, my case finely settled two months ago my attorney hasn't issued me my check yet when I call I keep getting told that they are working on my medical lean's but I've only seen a doctor twice and had three spine epidurals and went to physical therapy before 6 months or two different physical therapists so I don't know how much more time they need to do my links which does not many liens and every time now that I call I just get to run around and their answer is always they're working on my liens 6 months into my case I had asked my attorney to settle but he refused he kept telling me he can get more money than what they were offering and I told him it wasn't about the money it was about my care which I wasn't getting so I just wanted to settle but he didn't want to so this went on for another year and a half which it's reached 3 years and yet have not seen no kind of settlement money I signed my papers Dec. 3rd and now when I call I get the run around

If there are valid medical liens on your settlement, there's not a whole lot you can do to expedite their resolution.  You can ask the attorney for the names of each of the medical providers who have liens and call them yourself to request they speed up the settlement process.  If you believe your attorney did not settle when you asked him/her to do so, you can report them to the CA State Bar as doing this is a violation of the Bar's ethical rules.
