More details to this question:
Involved in 3 car accident driver 1 cause accident hit driver 2, driver 2 hits driver 3. Driver 1 no insurance, myself as driver 3 can I file a claim against driver 2 insurance because driver 2 hit me?

To make a claim you have to prove fault.  If the second vehicle was pushed into you, it is unlikley that you can make any claim against them.  You claims are 1: against the at fault party and 2: if the at fault party is uninsured or underinsured for your damages then agaist your own UIM insurance carrier if you have that type of coverage.    You need to reach out to an attorney in your area that handles these type of claims to see what is your best recovery avenue.    I wish you the best of luck . \
