My boyfriend was driving my car for work and he had a trainee in the car. He was driving down the street, then a girl texting on her phone not paying attention walk out and she hit the side of the car. There was so crosswalk where she was crossing. Even the other person in the car with him said she wasnt paying attention when she crossed. The police came and questioned someone, but did not give any report. What is going to happen?
I wouldn't be concerned about it unless an insurance company calls you stating that the pedestrain is trying to make a claim against your boyfriend. If that is the case, then you will want to tell the insurance company everything to show that the girl was truly the one at fault for the incident.
