QUESTION

Car accident

Asked on Aug 31st, 2013 on Automobile Accidents - Virginia
More details to this question:
My girlfriend hit a car on a freeway because the other driver didn't stop and wait for her to pass. Police said it was his fault and she has all the information she needs from him and called his insurance to file a claim. She has some scratches and bruises but has not been to a hospital yet. In a case like this, would it be a good idea to get a lawyer or a waste time and money? Thank you.

It would be a very good idea to consult with a lawyer. The consultation is free and after getting all the facts a lawyer could give you am opinion regarding whether it is worth it to pursue a case like this. It is hard to do an assessment without all the information. I would be more than happy to discuss this with her if she wants to give me a call.
