If you open up the link on top story is I was driving on the street when a car pulled out the cvs parking lot to make a turn crossing the double yellow lines. Who is at fault ... due to motor vehicle it is illegal to cross the double yellow lines only I entering drive way is it legal but exiting a drive way is not.. any good advice I am looking for a lawyer

Difficult to know...was there a police report?  did anyone get a ticket?  ...sounds to me like if you were traveling along the road, the person leaving a parking lot has to give you the right of way.  your description "pulled out the cvs parking lot to make a turn crossing the double yellow lines" is very confusing...did they cross both lanes of travel? did they try to get into your lane of travel?  did they try to get onto another road?  was anyone hurt?
