car accident . Do i have a case ??

I recently got in a car accident that i need some anwsers to. On june 7, 2013 me and my boyfriend was coming home from the movies . After the movies we had to pick up our daughter from her grandmothers house . When we was pulling into the complex of our house . A drive of Sonys cab company comes speeding down the street and totals are car . My 1 year old daughter suffered bruises on her fourhead and i also suffered bruises in my lower back and thigh . After the crash my boyfriend asked the lady that hit us to get out the car . She dint want to get out . The least she could of did was to make sure everybody was ok . The whole time she was making wise comments and cursing at him . When me and my daughter was being treated for our bruises and our pain . I had got a message in my facebook inbox from the daughter of the lady that had hit us , threating us. The thing that hurts me is it was right after the accident and she took the time to look us up on facebook .
