car accident on private property

On 6/5/17, a MATA plus bus hit my parked vehicle on SRVS (Shelby Residential and Vocational Services). Since the accident, I have been getting the run around about damages to my truck. It was days before he ever responded in regards to the accident. The claims manager sent an appraiser to do an estimate on my truck. The appraiser submitted the estimate to me and the claims manager back on 6/13/17. A few days later the claims manager issued a check for the body work damages. I kept asking about what are they going to do about the mechanical damage on the front end of my truck. I told that I needed to get my truck checked out. He told me don't work about that and if there were any additional damages that MATA will take care of that. I asked/emailed him asking can I get something stating that MATA would take care of any additional damages found on the front end of my car before accepting the check for damages for the body work on my truck?
