Car Damage

I hit a water covered pothole parking my car in the driveway of my Hair Salon...It gutted the underneath of my Porsche Panamera....knocked it out of gear and threw the car forward into a brick wall...WhenI went into tell them...Employees stated they had told the owner several times to fix the potholes...It did $10,000 worth of damage plus loss of value...My insurance paid for the repairs..But the owner who called to apologise refused to cooperate with my insurance or me and refused to give me his insurance carrier...I took multiple pictures
