Last year I had a car accident and the person had their previous injuries worsten. They have not filed suit yet and just found out my insurance is being dropped. Is it safe to say that the insurance payed for the other partys claim and that is why am I being dropped from my insurance and should not be worried about it?

No, you can't assume that your insurance was dropped because the case was settled, but have a good lawyer call and find out if your case has been settled so that you can stop worrying about it. Montgomery County PA Accident Lawyers
