So my vehicle is a total loss and esurance gave me an amount and now it's been two weeks and no check. Now when I call no one answers, supposedly a POA for has to be signed and they said they sent it in the mail 5 days have pasted and I have not received it.Called and no one answers, do I need to move forward with a lawyer to get this settled?

Do you have the claim number, phone number, e mail and name of the insurance adjuster assigned to your claim? If not, call the claims department and they will provide you that information. You should be able to easily track down the status of your property damage check. If not, you can certainly look for an attorney to help you.
