My father and I are both registered owners of a vehicle that I purchased for myself a few years ago. I am active duty military and stationed out of state and he is refusing to give me the car, claiming it is his. I currently have the title in my hand. The vehicle is registered in Arizona. I am stationed in Washington. Our names are separated by "AND" on the title. He is asking me to just sign the title and mail it to him but I refuse to just hand over my car to him. I want my car back. How do I do this with little/no negative legal repercussions?
