More details to this question:
Was rear ended by a cop at a light. Exhausting all treatments, surgery is now going to be the next step for cervical and lumbar herniations. Nerve damage has been proven also by docs. I'm on new meds now. What do you think my case is worth?

This needs to be addressed by your current lawyer as only they have the information needed to make such an assessment. If you dont have one, this why you need one.

It sounds like youre already represented by counsel. If so, then you should direct the question to him. If not represented, then seek counsel ASAP. Good luck, stay safe and Happpy Holidays!

So much more information is needed- especially review of all documentation. If you seriously want a legal opinion and are unrepresented, reach out to a Personal Injury attorney for consultation. This type of case has particular requirements and deadlines, so do not delay. We are unable to solicit prospective clients on this forum, so you will have to reach out to one of us.   Best Wishes, Loren L. Gold, Esq.
