I need to file a civil lawsuit against large pharma for intentional negligence and severe mishandling of sexual rape against their employee. Several years ago, I was raped during an employee launch meeting, shared with my boss and HR. I was encouraged to leave ,and they only gave me 2 months severance. They did not investigate this at all, did not contact authorities, did not handle according to their code of ethics procedure. I found out recently this person who raped me, had a criminal history prior to being hired, during his time with the company, they kept him as an employee 2 more years. I have contacted this company recently and they said they have no record of this ever happening, or a statement of mine being made, and no record of me as an employee, I need to find a lawyer to take on my case. I have saved all evidence to back up my case.
