More details to this question:
My car was totaled loss by my sister. My car was paid off can I sue her for my deductible and for a reasonable amount for having to get another car

Under the law, I believe that you can sue your sister for your deductible only since it sounds like your auto insurance company has already paid you for the fair value of your total loss.  Your sister is not responsible for the cost of you to obtain another car.  Also, check with your auto insurance company to find out if they already plan to pursue a claim against your sister for the amount they paid you for your total loss plus your deductible.  Good luck with this matter.
