My mother passed on a Saturday and the funeral home picked her up. On Monday we had changed our minds about using them because of location on Monday the new funeral picked her body up to prepare for her service, they called once there starting her body was hot and decomposing as if she was never put in the freezer.

Yes, you may have a case. Only immediate relatives of a decedent who has been treated with disrespect during the funeral home process can have a claim. Hopefully the new funeral home took photographs that can prove the tortious interference with the decedent.
