My attorney in my personal injury case wants me to hire a videograph guy to create a before injury and after my injury video of my life. I would be required to pay the attorney 40% and the video guy 5% additional of the total case, is that normal?.

No - you should NEVER pay anyone but lawyer a % of the case........thats likely unethical.
