CONTINUED FROM PHYLLIS

When I grabbed the rail, it came completely out of the ground. I fell so hard hard (I was told by this kind lady who saw me fall along with two others). When I opened my eyes, I saw her standing. She said "we saw you fall. She then said, "That old rickety thing, they should have fixed that along time ago"). I said to her "who are you?" She said " we all saw you fall, then you didn't get up, then you didn't move so finally I had to make sure you were alright"). Since my fall I suffered a severe head injury, I am going blind in my right eye, and am now losing hearing in my left ear along with other medical problems. My medicine even with insurance was over $200.00 a month (for my horrific headaches that I wake b up with and suffer all day, even when I sleep, the insipid thrombing. Never stops. I digress.
