Could I sue for something so small?

I went out to eat earlier today and there were workers up on the roof on the restaurant working and drilling which they shouldn't be doing in the first place while people were down below eating. Anyways, while enjoying my food, I noticed a small sting on my inner arm where my elbow is. I didn't think nothing of it at first. But about 10 minutes later another piece came down and hit me in the same spot on my arm! It was a small metal piece. It left a small red spot and stung like hell. I told the waitress and they had the manager come out to talk to me. I also had to fill out an accident report. They apologized about a dozen times and kept asking if I was okay. I got my meal free. They also went outside and made the workers completely stop what they were doing on the roof. Hours later, the spot where it fell on me is still red and burning. Just curious, thank you!
