Counter claim? (if that's what it s called)

More details to this question:
There was an accident which had no physical damages to either of the vehicles. But the other party claimed a good $700 from my insurance for nothing. (images are available after the accident) I would like to know if i can fight back for her false claim?

You can discuss this issue with your insurance company but it is up to your insurance company to pay out whatever if feels is appropriate for a claim. In my experience, if your insurance company thought it was a false claim, it would not have made payment to the other party. Good luck with this matter.
