Tracker trailer rolled over I was asleep in bunk when team driver had accident. I was helicoptered to a p.a hospital treated head trama and contusions couldn't even walk when they released me with no pain medication. Said they couldn't give me because I was a driver. Took 3 or 4 weeks before company sent me for therapy was release by Doc said it would take time to heal.still in pain can walk at times . Or stand on my legs more the 5 hrs I'm suffering with pain .Nov 14 2014 one year.

This may be a workers compensation claim or a Social Security Disability claim. Yu may also be entitled to temporary disability. You need to consult with a workers compensation attorney because that is a very specific type of law.
