QUESTION

Do I have a case?

More details to this question:
My twin sons were born on February 12, 2019. On the 13th two pediatricians came into my room and had paperwork for me to sign for circumcisions. The boys had plasibells on their penis and it fell off after a week. As time went on and as they got bigger I noticed that they didn’t look circumcised at all. I was told they would grow out of it. Every doctors visit their penises would be checked out and at first I was told not to pull the skin back and then I was told to start pulling the skin back because it would cause pain which it was too late because my sons started to have chaffed skin. When they were 8 months I got a second opinion from one of my sons surgeons and she said it was a lot of skin on his penis and she will fix it. After my sons turned 1 years old their pediatrician finally referred us to see my sons surgeon, this time for both of my children. She once again told me that there was excessive skin on both of their penises and one was actually worse than the other.

Having excessive skin following the procedure is a known complication of that technique. Nevertheless, I have reviewed literature and find that what happened to your sons was a complication occurring at a rate of 1+ %.  You leave the story unfinished.  Was the excessive skin surgically removed.   If your sons were subject to further surgery and now properly circumcised their injuries would not in most medical malpractice firms in Pennsylvania would not be a sufficient magnitude to justify the time and expense of attempting to recover damages. You should in any case contact a lawyer handling medical malpractice cases in your jurisdiction if you desire to pursue this matter further.
