More details to this question:
I was injured in a car accident in 2018 and I would like to sue the at-fault driver with a civil suit. The injuries sustained have snowballed and completely altered my life. After being given bad advice and no help from a major law firm, I need a professional to hear my case and let me know if it's possible to sue and how to proceed.

You should consult with an attorney here in Florida about the facts and circumstances surrounding your case. There is a statute of limitations, which means you must bring your lawsuit within a certain period of time, or else you will be forever precluded from seeking relief in the courts against the tortfeasor.
