More details to this question:
THE DR. GAVE ME 3 EDIDUARALS AND WHEN NONE OF THEM WORKED HE DECIDED TO SEND ME FOR AN MRI. HE READ THE MRI AND SAID THAT WITH MY CONDITION THE EPIDURALS COULD NOT HAVE WORKED. WHY WAS THIS NOT DONE FIRST.STILL IN PAIN AND HAVING TROUBLE GETTING AROUND. SEEKING AN ATTORNEY THAT WILL HANDLE THIS ON A CONTINGENCY BASIS. THANKS, BRUCE ZARET

It's hard to say why the doctors didn't do the MRI first. An experienced medical malpractice attorney would need to review your medical chart to find out if you have a case. Find a local attorney, acquire a copy of your medical chart and schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
