QUESTION

Do I have a case?

Asked on Jul 30th, 2014 on Personal Injury - Virginia
More details to this question:
On July 20th 2014 I was involved in a non collision car (2009 Mercedes GL450) accident as a result of faulty suspension installed by Mars Automotive. Two passengers where physically injured and others suffered psychological trauma. An independent inspection by Mercedes Benz of Chantilly revealed that the parts were installed INCORRECTLY and with NEGLEGENCE which led to the failure of the suspension causing the car to lose control endangering the lives of 6 passengers on board. Mars automotive clearly installed these parts, that are critical to the car's operation, with negligence; while the manufacturer advertised these parts as meeting/exceeding OEM standers where in reality they did not even last 2000 miles on the car.

The question isn't whether you have a case - it sounds like you clearly do.  The question is how seriously were people injured and the extent of their medical treatment.  This will determine how much your case is worth and whether it will be worth it for a lawyer to pursue it.   This answer is given in accordance with the laws of Virginia and may not be applicable in any other state.  It should not be construed as legal advice, as that would require a more thorough analysis of all of the facts involved in a specific case.  If you need further information or assistance, please feel free to contact my office for a consultation. Case results depend upon a variety of factors unique to each case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any future case.
