do I have a Case

on nov 1 2013 my son had a double lung transplant as he had cystic fibrosis.I stayed away as i was very sick and didnt want to harm him in any way but we chatted on Fb when he was able.the girl he was living with her grandchild had contracted coxsackie diease,and she still went into the hospital to visit my son.needless to say on 7/31/2014 my son died,and she kept this info from his doctors.she denied me the right to bury my son purposely kept me from getting the money from his bank account,buy refusing to send his Birth certificate to me.they were not married,and he didnot have a will.
