QUESTION

Do I have a case?

Asked on Aug 05th, 2015 on Personal Injury - Florida
More details to this question:
I had a slight discomfort in one of my lower teeth with a root canal. I saw an endodontist who said he could fix my problem. After 20 minutes of working in my mouth he stopped. He said he could not help me anymore, that I needed an oral surgeon or another dentist. When I saw my face on a mirror two of my lower teeth had disappeared. I left his office in pain, bleeding and totally confused. I went to my regular dentist who extracted the roots of the teeth destroyed. I paid the endodontist $1121.00. I paid my regular dentist $1550.00. I cannot chew most foods. I am in pain. I am missing two of my lower teeth. My mouth is swollen, I am still bleeding. Do I have a case against the endodontist?
