I FEEL OFF THE FRONT STEPS OF THE HOUSE. I FELL ON MY LEFT SIDE AND WAS RUSHD TO HOSPITAL WITH A FEW SPRAINS. ADOPTED PRENTS HAS COMPLAINED TO LAND LORD ABOUT THIS A LITTLE OVER A MONTH AGP AND NOTHING WAS DONE TO REPAIR THE STEPS.

You may indeed have a case. If the property owner was on notice of this hazard, as you allege he was, and he did not take steps to correct this dangerous condition, then a jury may find liability on his part. What were your injuries?
