Do I have a 'case' against my company?

More details to this question:
I was injured on the job over a year ago, I had surgery, am back on light duty; they are trying to give me less hours by saying I can work Partially from limitations and Not giving me the hours I have had on light duty restrictions. They already dropped my pay down when I got injured. I may NOT have full use again!!
