If a neighbor tells my friends and other neighbors I'm pedophile and I have no criminal record and my neighbor is a witness as a third party, is my case good? Can I sue for their properties if they don't have a bank account?

Well, if someone says something (in writing or verbally) which damages your reputation in the community, then you have a claim for defamation of character. Have your lawyer send a "cease and desist" letter. If the idiot does not obey it, then you can claim multiple damages. If they stop, then you can sue for actual damages.

You can sue. If you get a judgment, you can ask the court to sell their properties to satisfy the judgment. However, $50,000.00 in their personal residence is exempt from execution on a judgment. I cannot say whether your case is good. I would need to know why they think you are a pedophile and whether they have any evidence to that effect.

I pedophile could be someone who engages in that behavior even if they never have been charged with an offense.

Yes, you could sue for defamation of character if you can prove that the allegations were false. If you got a judgment from the court, you could collect it from any of the defendants assets which are not exempt under state law, unless the defendant files for bankruptcy.

Yes you can sue, but why would you if there is nothing to get? Sure you're angry, but who is actually believing the guy? If no one then how has your reputation been damages?

Accusing someone of being a pedophile is slander per se and you should go consult with a good personal injury lawyer.

Given the fact that pedophilia is a criminal act, accusing someone falsely of it is slander per se. The question here is going to be damages, both the amount and whether or not they can be collected. The entirety of an individual's property is potentially subject to the collection process.
