do i have a case if i broke a tooth on a vending machine sub

More details to this question:
Once i bit into the item it broke my tooth down to the gum leaving very sharp edges cutting and scrapeing inside my cheek and gum causing great pain and discomfort from the exposed nerv and swollen gum with apounding face and ear ache still looking to find out what to do

Possibly, if you have the object that caused your injury.  You should place the owner of the vending machine on notice of your injury.  Best wishes.
