If a doctor will say that these medical problems were caused by Prempro, you may have a case. There may be a statute of limitation problem.

I need more facts. Two important questions are: What are your damages and what damages do Prempo cause, how can you prove it caused them?

And? Do you have competent medical proof that the drug caused any or all of those problems? If so, and if you don't live in Michigan, you can try to pursue it. If you don't have such proof, you will lose. If you live in Michigan, and if the drug was prescribed "on label," then you probably cannot even start a claim.
